Heidi has demonstrated a strong commitment for supporting quality care, while building trusting relationships with Providers. She brings 8 years of Healthcare experience to DPSC as the Provider Relationship Manager, and takes pride in her ability to communicate effectively and listen attentively to provider's needs, concerns and feedback. Heidi started her career working for a non-profit community health center in Ohio. As a Quality Analyst, she worked on implementing programs to promote improved healthcare outcomes for the underserved and under-insured community. Before joining DPSC, Heidi enjoyed working for Healthy Partners MSO, collaborating with various departments as a Utilization Specialist and Data Analyst. Outside of work, Heidi enjoys biking, walking and spending time with friends and family.
